We’re here to support your journey on two of WA’s most stunning trails. Before you book, please read the following carefully — it helps us deliver the best and safest experience possible.
💳 Payments, Refunds & Flexibility
Below is a summary of our payment and cancellation policy:

- 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking
• Final payment is due 10 days prior to departure
• We always aim to offer new dates if your plans change
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended
📅 Trip Changes & Safety Flexibility
- We may adjust your itinerary for safety (e.g. weather, bushfire, trail closures)
• If you end your hike early or are injured, we will collect you from the nearest accessible point and return you to your vehicle
🧳 Luggage & Inclusions
- One piece of hand luggage per person (max 7kg), clearly labelled
• Local wine & beer included
• BYO snacks, drinks, or extras as desired

👥 Group Size & Private Bookings
- Cape to Cape: Minimum 2 hikers (private bookings welcome)
• Bibbulmun: Minimum 4 hikers (private or join a group)

- No fixed minimum age
• Under 18s must hike with a supervising adult
📄 Risk Acknowledgement & Participation Waiver
By joining Cape2Camp, you acknowledge:
– Hiking is self-guided and carries natural risks
– You are responsible for your own safety and any personal health conditions
– Cape2Camp is not liable for loss/damage to personal property or vehicles
– Meals may contain allergens — consumption is at your own risk
– We may seek emergency care if required — costs are your responsibility
– Photos/videos may be used in Cape2Camp promotions
– A signed waiver is required before departure

Recently completed the Great Southern trip along the Bibbulmun track, from Denmark to Peaceful Bay. What an incredible experience! Having completed large parts of the Bibbulmun with a heavy pack on my back, this was a ‘weightless’ experience over an absolutely stunning part of the track. No need to carry a tent, sleeping bag, food, etc – just a day bag with my raincoat and pre-made lunches (+ a few goodies). It felt like a treat – after a day’s hike, a swim in the ocean, a wine & cheese platter followed by home-made bread with hearty stew, I would sleep like a baby looking forward to the next day’s adventure. A truly great way to be introduced to the track if you want to experience it, with all the trimmings!

Just completed the 2 night 3 day hike and had an amazing time. If you’re looking for an affordable and accessible adventure exploring the amazing Cape to Cape track then this tour is perfect! Loved finishing each day being able to stay in cosy tents already set up, enjoying a drink and yummy food around the camp fire.
Everything is taken care of to ensure all you have to do is enjoy the magical experience of walking along one of the world’s best walking locations.

Cape2Camp makes a 3-day hiking trip the best it ever could be. From the tent setup with fluffy doonahs to the delux camp chairs with granny blankets, the delicious food and coconut water, and all the helpful advice provided prior to and during the trip… Cape2Camp totally delivers. I did another 3 day walk a few months after the Cape2Camp trip, and all the planning, logistics and carrying of gear made me soooo appreciative of Cape2Camp and the service they provide. This is such a great set up! I would never have done this walk if it wasn’t for the support of cape2camp. Loved that it was self guided and it was a big group of us, friend’s & family!! Camp sites are unique. Food is great. The hike itself is stunning! We booked the 3 days option. Very doable, but also tired at the end. We all did it with no training. Highly recommend Cape2Camp!
